Rabbi Sigal is a contemporary spiritual teacher with an integrative approach. She is dedicated to sharing the spirituality of everyday life and teaches methods to deepen awareness, increase freedom, and cultivate a life of greater connection to the authentic self and the world.

She is an ordained rabbi with an M.A. in Jewish Studies and an M.A. in Psychology. A yogini for 30 years, she is trained in many mystical, yogic, holistic, and spiritual modalities. She is the founder of Integrative Spirituality and the creator of Sh’maYoga™. She is an accomplished musician who has recorded music and chants for yoga and meditation, and is also a visual artist.

Rabbi Sigal is a popular teacher and a faculty member in diverse academic, holistic, and religious organizations, including Temple University, Kripalu Center for Yoga, Health, and Wellness, synagogues, religious seminaries and federations, and The Open Center in NYC. She was featured on CBS Sunday Morning News and has been a guest on several National Public Radio talk shows.

Rabbi Sigal brings new inspiration and methods to advance more meaningful spiritual and religious living. She was a pulpit rabbi for a decade and now she continues to inspire communities, families, and individuals to enrich and enjoy their spiritual lives. She is insightful, humorous, and skilled in ritual and group facilitation, and brings a deep understanding of people and delights in serving their needs.

She has written for a variety of publications including the Journal of Counseling and Development, and the Journal of Loss and Trauma on such issues as creating community in the workplace and difficulties in students’ adjustment in the transition into college.
